At Island Summit, every piece is made just for you—built for those who live for the mountains, the ocean, and everything in between. Because of that, we don’t mass produce. We create on demand through our trusted partner, Printify.

⚙️ ORDER PROCESSING

All items are made-to-order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Peak seasons (holidays, drops): may extend to 5–7 business days

👉 We start crafting your gear as soon as you order.

🚚 SHIPPING TIMES

🇺🇸 United States

  • Delivery: 3–7 business days after production

🌍 International

  • Delivery: 7–21 business days after production

👉 Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping

📦 SPLIT SHIPMENTS (IMPORTANT)

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This is because we work with multiple production partners through Printify to get you the best quality gear as fast as possible.

📍 TRACKING

  • Tracking is emailed once your order ships
  • Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear

⚠️ SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s with the carrier.

Delays can happen due to:

  • Weather / natural conditions
  • High shipping volume
  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, DHL)
  • Customs for international orders

We appreciate your patience—good gear is worth the wait.

❌ ADDRESS ACCURACY

Make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee changes after your order is placed
  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses may not be recoverable

📭 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier
  2. Check with neighbors / local delivery area
  3. Reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help

🔁 DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

We’ve got your back.

If something isn’t right:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue

We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
